Implementing preventative maintenance programs, design and construction of homes, inspection and troubleshooting of existing homes and businesses as well as buildings in the construction

Skills: Finish/detail finish & rough carpentry, installation of doors, windows, cabinets. Tile, laminate, inlay, drywall repair, painting, insulation, siding, landscaping, interior/exterior maintenance, site supervision. Plumbing fresh &
septic. Electrical 110/220, horticulture, drafting engineering, architecture, personnel, lift equipment, all power & hand tools including shop tools.
Both small jobs and large jobs, I keep appointments and am punctual. I see each job finished before I start another. I charge by time and material on a daily or weekly basis depending on size of job.
